I am the founder of 47 Bricks Realty, a role-specialized team operating under Real Broker in Dane County, Wisconsin. Using DISC profiles and Working Genius, we built what I call the 47 Bricks Blueprint — a model where agents are not generalists trying to do everything, but specialists doing what they are actually wired to do.
